The Turnipseed Project | Bloodline

The Turnipseed Project centers around the incredible story of the late John Turnipseed, a former Minneapolis gang leader, drug dealer and pimp who took a 17 year journey to transform his life. He went on to be a successful community leader, pastor, speaker, and facilitator, and the director of Urban Ventures Center of Fathering.

John's story is powerful + speaks to people on a gut level, touching and transforming lives.  The project consists of three short films, a nine part video curriculum (Lifeblood) + John's autobiography, Bloodline now available on Amazon.

‍The Turnipseed project was produced by Five Stone Media in which Heidi has been privileged to sit as a board member.  CRASH+SUES has had the honor to work on various parts of the project including the curriculum animation.
