Heavenly Burritos

Heavenly Burritos is a non-profit organization and an outreach ministry in North Minneapolis serving those experiencing homelessness. Their mission: Serve our neighbors experiencing food insecurity, addiction and homelessness.

Take Charge

TakeCharge is an organization committed to supporting the notion that the idea of America works for everyone regardless of race and station in life.  "We believe that we own our future by instilling the idea of taking charge of our lives, our families, and communities."

Corrie’s House

Corrie’s House will be a safe home that offers aftercare rehabilitation to girls who have been sexually exploited. Each girl will have access to mentorship, education, therapy, spiritual guidance, and life skills training.

Godtown

Godtown's mission is to create safe-sober community and events for young adults. They are dedicated to seeing the neighborhood transformed through residential and spiritual reclamation. Their outreaches, renovation projects and annual community gardens create daily opportunities for people in the neighborhood to connect with volunteers and build relationships.

The sanneh foundation

The Sanneh Foundation empowers youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school support, improve lives by providing programs that strengthen physical health and social and emotional development, and unite communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being.

Hope Academy

Hope Academy is an affordable, beautifully diverse, faith-based school serving families in Minneapolis.

Five Stone Media is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed in 2007, with a vision of using story to bring hope and healing for those in need of change. We’ve created more than 200 films & videos, telling the life transformation stories of more than 100 individuals.

Urban Ventures is bringing a bold, radically holistic approach to the fight against poverty. Where most nonprofits focus on just one aspect of poverty at a time, we understand that it takes a combination of educated kids, strong families, and a healthy community to create real, lasting change.
